ReviewReply Vancouver (“we”) provides AI-assisted Google review replies and WhatsApp notifications for businesses. This policy describes what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Account identity via email magic link; Google Business connected via Zernio OAuth for review access
- Google Business location and review data you authorize us to access
- WhatsApp phone number you enter for notifications
- Product usage data needed to deliver replies (drafts, timestamps, audit logs)
- Billing details processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
How we use data
To monitor reviews, generate AI drafts, send WhatsApp alerts, post replies you approve, show analytics, and bill your subscription. We do not sell personal data.
Processors
We use service providers such as Zernio (Google Business), Twilio (WhatsApp), OpenAI-compatible AI providers (DeepSeek), Stripe (payments), and hosting/database vendors. They process data only to provide their services.
Retention & rights
You may disconnect Google, remove locations, or request account deletion by contacting asiddev@protonmail.com. We retain data as needed for the service and legal obligations.
