Service
ReviewReply Vancouver helps businesses monitor Google reviews, generate AI draft replies, and notify operators via WhatsApp so they can approve and publish replies. You remain responsible for content you publish to Google and messages you send.
Accounts & access
You must have authority to connect Google Business locations you add. You must keep credentials and WhatsApp numbers accurate. We may suspend abuse or security risks.
Trials & billing
Free trials last 14 days unless stated otherwise. After trial, paid plans (e.g. Starter at $69 CAD/month) are billed via Stripe. You can cancel through the billing portal; access continues through the paid period already purchased.
AI content
AI drafts may be imperfect. You must review replies before posting unless you enable auto-reply. Guardrails reduce risk but do not eliminate it.

The service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for lost reviews, ranking changes, third-party outages (Google, WhatsApp, Zernio, Twilio), or damages beyond fees paid in the prior three months to the extent permitted by law.
